Food distributions are available throughout the county, with many requiring appointments to ensure supplies and reduce wait times. Clothing, household items, and emergency support are provided to eligible residents, along with assistance to prevent evictions or utility shutoffs. Additional services include legal aid, pregnancy and family support, and help accessing public benefits. 24 Hour Crisis Center

- The Crisis Center provides free crisis services 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year. Services are provided by telephone (240-777-4000) or in person at 1301 Piccard Drive in Rockville (no appointment needed). Mobile Crisis and Outreach Teams (MCOTs) provides emergency crisis evaluations for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

- Housing Stabilization Services (HSS) provides case management and limited financial grants to support residents at-risk of homelessness. Services include assessment of need, emergency financial assistance, and case management to help households keep their current housing, obtain new housing, prevent utility shut-off, and restore disconnected utility services. Burial assistance grants are also available.
Interfaith Works Clothing Center

- Shopping at the IW Clothing Center is by appointment. Additionally, only one adult per household may enter the Clothing Center during each appointment time. During their first appointment, shoppers should bring proof of ID, Montgomery County residency, and that they qualify for the program.
- The Interfaith Works Clothing Center also provides Food Pantry, Emergency Financial, and Emergency Shelter Assistance.
